Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Leap 29 are currently working with a prominent holding company in Qatar, who are seeking a GM of their Group HR department. The company is family run and experience in a similar organization is mandatory. You will be running HR across multiple sectors and thus experience in different sectors is essential.

You will be reporting directly to the Owners and Board members. And be responsible for driving the company culture and orchestrating transformation within the group. You will need 15 years experience and a preference will be given to those with multinational experience. A minimum of 8 years in senior leadership roles is required. You will be expected to continually improve the HR departments capability by guiding and training other members of staff.

Requirements

- A degree in a relevant field
- A minimum of 15 years experience in Human Resources
- At least 8 of these must be within a leadership role
- Proven experience at the design and application levels in areas such as Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition/Management, Learning and Development and Reward and Retention schemes
- Candidates are required to have experience working within the GCC Region
- Arabic language skills would be a strong advantage
