Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsible for providing a complete HR & Admin support service. This will involve ensuring the development and implementation of all HR systems, such as manpower and recruitment plans, salary and grading structures including job evaluation, market salary data, salary increase budgets, etc, training and development programs, career and succession planning schemes, communication programs etc. Provides advice and support to managers on all related HR & admin issues and ensures the company can attract, retain and motivate good quality employees.

Understands the business objectives of the company and related business areas and identifies the HR and people implications. Develops a HR strategy to support the achievement of business objectives in conjunction with fellow managers and establishes a cost benefit analysis where appropriate. Implements the agreed actions from the strategy developing a project and implementation plan to ensure all targets and timescales are met

Develops an annual manpower budget and recruitment plan to meet the needs of all departments, clearly identifying the positions to be filled, both through internal promotion or by recruiting externally. Develops innovative ways of attracting employees to join On Time Management and participates in creating a employer brand for the company, through advertising, links with Recruitment consultant, colleges and universities etc. Managers the recruitment process and the use of recruitment agencies and head hunters, including the management of assignment and the control of all recruitment spend.

Designs and regularly updates HR policies and practices, taking into account On Time Management HR policies and adapts these policies in accordance with local HR practices, labour laws and government regulations, ensuring such policies will help to efficiently manage the business and its people. Participates in developing compensation and benefits programmes that drive employee and buisness performance, including participating in market surveys to assess the competitivness of our salary packages, making recommendations on salary budgets and increases, introducing and refining benefits programmes, developing and refining incentive schemes and utilising our compensation systems to obtain competitve advantage in the market place. Builds a buisness case for all compenation issues showing the impact of the change and the potential problems of not being competative in the market.

Requirements

Develops a training and development (T&D) programme that will meet the business needs in the short to medium term, including carrying ot a training needs analysis, developing a T&D strategy and plan and building a cost benefit analysis for all training. Participates in managing the career and succession planning process for senior managers within the business and managing the hgh potential list of employees. Works with other senior managers to develop the organization's current.
