Employment: Full Time

Overview
Established and highly profitable manufacturing business in the UAE is looking for a Head of Audit to report directly to the CEO.

The Role
•Provide objective advice on risk within the business.
•Preparing risk based audit plans and going through the processes in order to execute that plan.
•Perform risk assessments to the business and set audit strategies.
•Review financial reports and prepare monthly internal audit reports to the business.
•Provide summary of audit reports to the CEO.
•Coordinate with external auditors and follow up and implement their advice and recommendations, and then ensure these have been applied.
•Assist in the recruitment process of audit staff ensuring the most suitable people are employed; provide team with suitable audit training.

Requirements

•MUST speak Arabic
•MUST have Manufacturing experience
•Either qualified Accountant or MBA
•Ideally Big Four experience but not essential
•Excellent communication skills
•Ability to self-manage and multi-task.
•Strong analytical skills
•Well versed at preparing reports.
