Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This is a newly created role, reporting to the Group CFO

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set up and Manage cash management functions at Group level including cash concentration, wires, account funding
- Ensure adequate liquidity for working capital needs
- Manage inter-company payable/receivable, including inter-company lending, dividends, and capital injections.
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, risks, interest expenses and working capital requirements
- Set up Treasury reporting across the Group
- Implement new bank technologies, products and services to improve cash cycle, controls and simplify groups operations
- Follow up and monitor operational and regulatory limits per counterparty, bank account, etc
- Monitor Front-to-Back processes/operations
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures
- Develop and monitor treasury operational policies
- Support operating companies in term of cash management, advices, forecast and reporting
- Perform any other duties within the scope of work as assigned by the direct manager

Requirements

- Finance Degree, ideally an MBA
- Professional Treasury qualification will be a huge plus
- 7-10 years relevant experience, 3-5 years in a similar role
- Exceptional organizational, analytical and communication skills
- Managerial and project management / systems implementation experience preferred
- Experience working in global business environment (multi country)
- Financial modeling skills is a plus
