Job description / Role
Regional Safety Manager - Dubai
SSA is recruiting on behalf of a leading Developer who are responsible for delivering major projects throughout the Middle East
They have an excellent reputation in developing prestigious schemes with a focus on quality and safety delivery of same.
Due to an increased workload, they have now decided to re-structure the HSQE Management and appoint a Senior Safety Manager / Regional Safety Manager.
With a solid track record ideally in Main Contracting / Development you will be responsible for managing 2-3 Senior Safety Advisors / Managers and report to the Divisions Head of Health & Safety.
The role would suit somebody who has progressed from being a project based Senior Advisor to managing multiple projects. This is not a head of safety position but requires somebody capable of overseeing multiple projects.
Requirements
You will have 5 yrs + experience at a Senior Advisor / Manager level with a technical qualification and the ability to represent the company professionally, contribute the strategic development of safety within the organisation and be able to present at a senior level.

- Ideally Chartered
Somebody from the residential / high rise construction sector who may also have exposure to major groundworks, top down contraction etc would be a distinct advantage.
