Group Internal Audit Manager

Salary up to 50,000 AED

Our client is a well-known organisation based in Dubai with a long established history in the Manufacturing Industry.

This is an extremely challenging role for a candidate who thrives in a hands on role and has worked across multiple groups and locations. The successful candidate will have experience in a Senior Multi-National Internal Audit Management role which will have headed the strategic management, planning to assessment and then recommendations for change for the large group.

The candidate will need to possess a strong background in all aspects of a manufacturing and production, including, on the ground operations, logistics and shipping, finance and include all supporting functions.

This is more than a traditional Audit Managers role, in this position there must be an understanding of growing the department with the driving focus working closely with each Department Head and the Board to lift all departments and resolve, improve and create efficiency, and operational effectiveness and output.

Being detail oriented, developing and implementing policy and procedure will be important and will design the road map for all departments to understand the systems and procedures to be followed.

It is essential that you possess broad international exposure in a Multi-National Companies and have specialized in the Audit field for at least 15 years.

Responsible for the following:
- Managing an internal Audit Team
- Audit planning and Strategy
- Qualifying the scope of Audits and implementing
- Analysis of the findings and providing recommendations
- Communication with all Senior Department Heads
- Responsible for all Compliance and Risk
- Cost Reduction and Control
- Raising the level of Audit across the Group
- Defining quality manuals
- Delivery of Audit policies to international standards

Requirements

- Masters Degree in Finance / Audit
- Ideally CPA
- Experience with SAP
- Manufacturing / Marine / Shipping
- Head of International Group with Multiple international locations
- Multi-National Experience
