Group L&D Manager for a Leading FMCG Company in the UAE
A large FMCG company is looking for a Group L&D Manager to lead the team and manage their training needs within the group. This role would involve leasing with Top Management within the organisation on weekly basis, as well as working on development of national programs, hence the candidate should be experienced enough to manage the team and have strong organisational skills in arranging events, etc.
The ideal candidate currently is in a similar role with a large leading organisation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the ME region (relevant experience in Manufacturing, FMCG)
- Managing skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead and organize the team
- Experience in managing training budget
- Experience in training needs analysis
- Must speak Arabic
- CIPD or equivalent qualification is an ideal
