Job description / Role
Our client is looking for an experience Operations Manager. Salary 50K + Benefits.
- Overseeing, managing and supporting all Business service functions. I.e. Financial, IT, QHSE, Procurement, Stores, Insurance, Claims, Compliance, HR, Admin , Internal and external Audits
- Oversees and directs all functions of accounting, treasury, financial planning and forecasts, credit control, insurance, legal and claims, information technology, quality assurance, health and safety, personnel and administration.
- Determines and formulates policies and business strategies and provides recommendation for overall direction of the Company.
- Assists the Group Director Business Services with the preparation of the Companys budget and administers day to day financial matters.
- Evaluates and makes recommendations regarding the financial impact of investment opportunities including mergers, acquisition, new projects etc
- Develops financial and commercial strategy for business negotiations and communications.
- Coordinates with External Auditors / international firms and Consultants on IFRS audit, Due Diligence and business valuation etc.
Requirements
- AT least 10 - 15years business management experience.
- Qualified Accountant is a must.
- Strong, result-orientated with well-developed leadership, communication skills and Interpersonal skills.
- Business Management experience in Finance, Accounting, Cost Control, System Review & Analysis, Internal Control, Internal Audits, Business Management
- Experienced to multitask and handle multiple priorities with strong Project Management, Organisation and Problem Solving skills along with experience and ability of working under pressure situations.
- Result-orientated with well-developed leadership and communication.
