Employment: Full Time

The Group Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the day- to- day operations, design, development and delivery of marketing communications plans & campaigns for the Kleindienst Group. The role will report directly to the Group CEO and is a strategic position that demands direction, creativity and clear business vision. Responsibilities
- Developing marketing plans and strategies for the group across all relevant and local markets.
- Manage and implement the plan across all market segments, locations and media channels
- Conducting market research and monitoring competitor activities
- Developing new ideas and concepts to promote sales within the organisation
- Effective supplier management and strong negotiation skills to drive optimum ROI from marketing spend
- Manage and develop web presence, developing and delivering online marketing campaigns
- Organising and delivering at exhibitions and other events
- Maintenance of marketing collateral and ensuring it is up to date
- Ensure effective follow-up of all marketing activity and implementation of effective measurement tools & techniques
- Managing a marketing team including Design & Web Development
- Management of production in conjunction with internal design team, and where applicable external design agencies including copy writing and copy editing as required
- To act as the first line marketing contact and account manager for all internal and external clients
- Drive income generation from marketing spend to support business plans
- Management of the marketing budget to obtain maximum ROI on marketing spend
- Maintaining productivity and standards
- Developing and maintaining CI/CD

Requirements

- Degree Educated, with CIM, IDM or CIPR qualification
- A minimum of 7 years sales/marketing & communications experience within a real estate environment within the UAE
- Demonstrable track record of high performance and delivery across the marketing mix
- Ability to proactively manage a varied portfolio and a wide range of stakeholders
- Sales driven & innovative with a flair for creativity
- A strong networker with an established network of HNWIs
- Experience of developing and delivering strategic marketing plans including new product & brand launch
- The ability to work effectively and autonomously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A strong understanding of social media, including Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn
