Charterhouse is working with a well-established and highly regarded international manufacturing and trading firm operating predominantly within the FMCG market across the Middle East, Europe, Africa and Asia. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Performance & Rewards Director to establish and lead a performance management and rewards centre of excellence aligned to the company objectives.

This role will be responsible for designing, implementing and monitoring the performance appraisals system and processes. You will manage the recognition and incentive programs and formulate rewards and performance strategies aligned to business KPIs.

You will act as the internal performance management and rewards specialist to the global business units and be involved in the design of base pay systems and modelling tools to manage performance related pay. You will also be engaged in pay benchmarking projects, consolidating monthly reports and mentoring competency developments to improve staff morale and enhance team capabilities.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 15 years HR experience, of which 10 should be within performance management, compensation and benefits / rewards at a corporate level. It is essential you have FMCG experience.

Due to the extensive travel required to the Middle East and Africa, our client will only consider Arabic speaking male candidates.
