Our client is a world leading provider of healthcare services with an enviable record of international growth and brand recognition.
As part of the growth strategy in the Middle East, Parkhouse Bell is recruiting a Group Recruitment Manager for this company.
Based in Dubai and reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for delivering an effective and rapid recruitment strategy across all corporate and healthcare facilities in the Middle East.
This is a strategic role that includes manpower planning for corporate vacancies, capacity building for new medical facilities, and budget management.
A salary of circa AED35,000 is on offer and demonstrates the calibre of candidate we are looking for.
Requirements
You must have a background in corporate recruitment and building highly efficient in-house recruitment processes. You should also demonstrate internal stakeholder management with other divisions of the group.
The ideal candidate will have a corporate demeanour, the necessary gravitas to liaise with all stakeholders, and evidence of strategic recruitment planning.
