Group Sales and Marketing Manager

Job description / Role

A leading and reputable service group of companies based in Saudi Arabia for more than 30 years, seeks to recruit a professional for the following position:

Minimum 10 years experience working with a multinational FMCG company possessing a strong background in sales, branding and market research.

Excellent presentation skills and ability to take the lead ensuring all corporate communications are accurately disseminated throughout the organization in a timely manner.

Coordinate internally with the various division heads of the group of companies and to be equally a good listener.

Safeguard the most important asset of the company, its brand and corporate identity ; to ensure that internal and external communication touch-points are adhered to.

Coordinate sales and marketing activities with the concerned senior division management , by tracking, analyzing and reporting the effectiveness of their respective productivity. Hence, providing sales data, market trends, account analyses and relaying customer services requests.

Quantifying sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating event calendars.

Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.

Supports sales staff by organizing exhibitions and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.

Monitors sales budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.

Attend local events and exhibitions related to the groups business activities and exploring new products or service opportunities.

Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research when required and working closely with an appointed research agency.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelors degree from a reputable and legitimate University.

Highly proficient in the Arabic /English languages both written and verbal. (A must).

ERP knowledge and experience.

Must be direct, concise and able to communicate complex information in a straightforward manner.

Must be impeccably presented, a strong influencer and possess innate management skill sets.
