Group Sr. Project Manager (Finance)

Company:

Our client is a leading business group in Saudi. They work in Project Development, Application Management, Investment and Acquisition.

They are currently looking to recruit a Group Sr. Project Manager to be based in Bahrain

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Identify opportunities that would enhance the efficiency and/or effectiveness of the
Group’s activities.
- Prepare Project Proposals and Project Execution Plans and present them to the
Group Co-CEO, Executives and Directors.
- Analyze and evaluate risks associated with projects.
- Ensure that projects are being executed according to schedule and within the approved budget throughout their project cycles. This will involve continuous follow-up with Group Executives, Directors, Managers and other stakeholders. The incumbent will be the primary point of contact for Group projects and the link between the Co-CEO on the one hand and the Group’s Executives and Directors on the other.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and the critical path.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure Group projects are budgeted for
and funded.
- Manage the project budget during implementation.
- Assign and manage the responsibilities of Departments and individuals within the
Group and set targets and deadlines.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize them based on business needs and available resources.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Systems Engineering, Business Administration or similar.
- MBA or Master’s Degree in Project Management AND/OR PMP, IPMA Level B or similar certification strongly desired.
- At least 7 years’ experience in Project Management or similar role including at least 3 years’ experience in the Finance Industry.
- Advanced level of knowledge in Microsoft Office products including MS Project or other Project Management tools.
- Position is based in Bahrain with 30% in KSA and 10% in Geneva
- Fluent in spoken and written Arabic and English
- Females preferable
