The Al-Futtaim Training Centre was established 22 years ago to train and develop the Group's most valuable asset, its human resources.

The Centre works in partnership with the Group's businesses and also with Group Principals, Suppliers and External Customers. The Training Centre assists its partners with their Training Needs and Customised Programmes which are developed to meet these needs accordingly.

The Centre offers courses in Management, Personal Development, Sales and Marketing, Technical, Language, Communication and Information Technology. It also offers its premises to its customers for their own conferences, meetings and in-house product training sessions and many more.

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Training Operations Manager to work from the Al Futtaim Training Centre in Dubai.

Responsibilities include:

* Supporting the General Manager with business strategies across all brands that fall under the Al-Futtaim Group for L&D processes, systems, and efficient utilisation of the training levy
* Achieving productivity across the group by demonstrating & reporting value, performance evaluations and best practices
* Establishing a professional relationship with all key stakeholders across the group, with government agencies and in sourcing external service providers
* Liaising with business leaders to provide Management training calendar in the UAE and regionally that meets organisational demand.
* Ensuring training resources, learning technologies and standards are adhered too.
* Maintaining detailed records of assessment results. (Pre & Post, BELIT, On-line completions etc.)
* Monitoring Projects Dashboard ensuring projects are researched, planned, monitored and completed on time to quality standards
* Liaising with regional HR Business Partners to stay updated on needs, collaborative initiatives and shared learning opportunities
* Providing a high level of consistent support for Administration and Training team as well as coaching and mentoring where required
* Making recommendations on tools & resources such as business simulations, on-line learning resources or distance communication that will continuously improve our management pathways

Requirements

* Relevant Degree (Adult/Vocational Education, Business Administration, HR Management)
* Minimum 3 to 5 years in a similar role
* Extensive Training Facilitation and assessment experience Advanced MS Office & IT Systems knowledge
* Strong attention to detail
* Business administration, project management and consulting experience would be a distinct advantage.
* Planning and Analytical Skills
* Experience of blended learning
* Fluent written and spoken English
