Established in 1971, Trading Enterprises owns the sole distribution rights for Volvo, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, RAM and SRT vehicles. Recently, Trading Enterprises has added two high end luxury sports brands, Fisker and Lotus, to its portfolio.

Competing in the UAE's Japanese, American and European automotive marketplace, the company is supported by a network of modern showrooms, workshops and parts outlets across the UAE, with sales and after sales operations existing in all seven Emirates.

Sales of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, RAM products have risen dramatically, reflecting the introduction of exciting new models. In the next few years there will be many more additions to the range featuring the unique combination of German engineering and American design.
Volvo is now firmly established in the UAE as a competitive supplier of prestige automobiles. Volvo, whilst retaining its enviable reputation for safety has now one of the most luxurious refined models ranges available. The V70 station wagon remains a firm favorite with Emirates Airlines for its Business Class limousine service.

Trading Enterprises Lotus has established its flagship showroom in Dubai, which offers a unique, boutique style experience allowing customers to browse the latest range of exciting Lotus Cars and the Lotus Originals clothing line.

Trading Enterprises provides a full range of automotive services through its state-of-the-art after sales centers situated throughout the UAE.

Trading Enterprises currently employs approximately 400 highly skilled multicultural employees. To further build capability in our associates and to enhance customer engagement levels, an intensive customer service training programme is conducted on an ongoing basis at all levels, solidifying the company's endeavors to be recognized as the premier automotive company of choice.We are looking to recruit a Guest Relations Officer to work in Dubai. Your role will include the following:

* Handling all incoming telephone communications, noting reasons for call and forwarding to relevant team members, subject to availability
* Providing excellent customer service as per company policy and procedures
* Resolving customer queries promptly, within company guidelines, before escalating to higher level if necessary
* Attending to customer needs, understand their requirements so that maximum number of enquiries are handled quickly and forwarded on responsibly
* Logging calls (including time, date and caller details)
* Maintaining an up to date knowledge of personnel and procedures
* Dealing with 'drop in' customers as quickly and proficiently as possible, by coordinating with employees and customers

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following experience/skills:

* Strong English communication skills
* 1-2 years experience of previous Reception duties or customer service
* Excellent telephone manners
* Proactive, hardworking, motivated approach
* An understanding of IT systems would be advantageous
* Arabic is desirable but not essential
* Female candidates are preferred.
