Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- To check the arrival list on a daily basis and ensuring that any special request or guest preferences are addressed and special amenities are in place as per standard.
- To provide consistently professional, friendly and warm service to all guests by assisting them with requests and ensuring that they are provided; escorting them to their rooms upon check-in while providing information about the hotel and the city; and assisting them on a daily basis for breakfast.
- Handle guest complaints efficiently by hearing out the guest and apologizing in behalf of the management and ensuring that the proper actions are taken immediately.
- Maintain effective communication with all departments to ensure guest satisfaction is achieved.
- Help improve the hotel's rating on all online booking engines by providing excellent service at all times.
- To ensure comments cards are filled by guests before check-out.
- Update guest profiles in opera for preferences and special occasions such as birthday, anniversaries.
- To make a weekly report of guest comments to be presented to the HOD and HRM.
- To fulfill other duties that may be assigned to her by her HOD and the HRM.

Requirements

- Diploma in Business Administration.
- 1-4 Years.
