Guest Service Executive,
AED 6,000 to AED 6,200/month plus benefits,
Dubai, UAE
Our client, a reputable company based in UAE, is looking for dynamic and customer-oriented Guest Service Executive for their office in Dubai.
The ideal candidate for this role must have high customer service and sales orientation, a critical thinker and must have the ability to interact, understands and provides useful information to the customers. Up-selling skills/ experience is an added advantage.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
• Degree holder in Customer Service/ Aviation/ Hospitality
• 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service in Tourism/ Hospitality industry
• Critical thinker and with proven track record of being reliable and dependable
• High customer service and sales orientation
• Intuitive understanding of the customer’s needs
• Providing useful information and a superior over-all experience to customers.
• Customer service and sales skills
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Up-selling skills and experience
• Ability to work in a team environment
• With pleasing personality and can do multi-tasking
• Additional language skills: Russian/ German/ French/ Chinese/ Spanish/ Italian is an added advantage.
