The RoleThe RoleOur client ProVita was established in 2011 in the Middle East in collaboration with the founder of ProVita clinics in Germany. The long-term ventilator-dependent patient care facility in Abu Dhabi is one of the first of its kind in the region. It offers unique comprehensive rehabilitation programs for patients with post-anoxic brain injury, SMA, and other degenerative diseases, through a multidisciplinary team that includes intensivists, critical care nurses, social workers, and various therapists (PT, OT, RT), ProVita provides a nurturing family environment and is committed to ensuring the best quality of life possible to each of its patients and effectively assisting in their further rehabilitation. ProVita has a capacity of approximately 40 beds with almost 100 nurses providing 24 hour care in addition to a full-fledged team of specially trained physicians. The facility is just over one year old and is already preparing for JCI accreditation later this summer. ProVita is seeking a HAAD Licensing Officer (for Healthcare Professionals) Responsibilities: Handle the entire Health Authority of Abu Dhabi (HAAD) process including Health Professional Licensing, Credentialing, and Examination; Act as a company representative in HAAD conferences; Develop and maintain solid relations within the health authority (regular visits to their facility to follow up on new and pending applications). Interpret, assist and advise applicants regarding Dataflow and HAAD requirements within the specified guidelines; Renewal of licenses of current members of staff; submitting documents prior to expiry. Prepare and submit periodic dashboards with valid and in-process of renewal licenses and updating the HR Head and departmental managers; Dealing with candidate queries; Liaises with agents to collect all the required documents for the credentialing process; Supporting managers in managing and working with recruitment agencies and contracts. |
RequirementsRequirements Minimum two year Degree/Diploma in HR or Business Administration or equivalent; At least three years of related knowledge and experience of HAAD and Dataflow processes is essential; Excellent organisational and time management skills; Positive attitude and collaborative diligent approach; Used to working under pressure; Excellent English language skills, Arabic would be an advantage Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint |
