Job description / Role
Identifies patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual patients and other persons in a position to understand care requirements.
Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families.
Promotes patient's independence by establishing patient care goals; teaching patient, friends, and family to understand condition, medications, and self-care skills; answering questions.

Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations; calling for assistance from health care support personnel.
Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations.
Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
Maintains continuity among nursing teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Maintains nursing supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Maintains a cooperative relationship among health care teams by communicating information; responding to requests; building rapport; participating in team problem-solving methods.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Client Interview in India
Client Personal interview with the hospital delegates will be held in India from May 3rd 2013 onwards in the following cities (Bangalore, Cochin, Chennai and Mumbai).
A Nurse with the any one of the below following criteria can apply for the job openings.
1. Registered Staff Nurse - RN HAAD license and Practical Nurse – PN HAAD License
2. Nurse with HAAD Exam Passed or Registered
3. DHA/MOH licensed
4. Nurse passed out from Premier Nurse Institution and working in JCI accredited hospitals.
Position Title: Registered Staff Nurse
Area of Specialization:

Qualification:
Bachelor Degree in Nursing from accredited institute
Current valid National License.
Registered Nurse HAAD licensed (RN) or Registered Nurse HAAD exam passed
Additional Qualification:
ACLS, BLS, PALS relevant to area of specialization
Experience:
Minimum 4 years experience after post qualification in appropriate setting.
Position Title: Practical Staff Nurse (Asst Staff Nurses)
Area of Specialization:
(1) Emergency (2) Clinics (Adult/Paeds) (3) OT/PACU /Endo (4) ICU
(5) NICU (6) Obgyn Ward L2 (7) Obgyn Ward L3 (8) Peads/PICU (9) Royal Suite

Qualification:-
General Nurse and Midwifery from accredited institute (GNM)
Current valid National License.
Hold Practical HAAD Licensed (PN) or Practical Nurse HAAD exam passed
Additional Qualification:
ACLS, BLS, PALS relevant to area of specialization
Experience:
Minimum 4 years experience after post qualification in appropriate setting.
