HCM Consultant

Job description / Role

Our client is a major Human Capital Management Consultancy with a global presence and a strong footprint in the Middle East. Due to continued business demand they are looking to hire an HCM consultant to join their Dubai business.

The role would be to support all areas of their business, with a focus on reward, talent, change, and leadership and involve all aspects of talent consulting. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring consultants with minimal levels of experience to join a large and dynamic consulting firm and grow with the business.

Requirements

Applicants for this role must have the following:

- Must speak fluent English (Arabic language skills are highly desirable)
- Must have some consulting experience
- Must be motivated and ambitious, keen to learn and develop themselves
- Hold a strong academic record, ideally posses an MBA
