Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

1. Implement strategy to achieve daily, monthly and yearly Volume and Collection targets.
2. Monitor sales teams daily sales and shortages, rectify problem situations, co-ordinate with Finance & Marketing to issue Marketing supports/ credit notes.
3. Regular coaching and feedback to Sales team to build motivation and selling skills.
4. Responsible for Negotiation of Trade Agreements for maintaining targeted Gross Margin.
5. Recruiting new customers and retaining existing customers.
6. Quarterly review with existing customers, discuss volume growth/drop, further opportunities, marketing plans etc.
7. Ensure marketing and exclusivity budgets are spent on time. Discuss joint marketing plans with customers and execute in coordination with marketing dept.
8. Establish routes; plan the proper daily and weekly sequence of stops for each route so that travel time, mileage and vehicle-running costs are minimized; ensure that the customers are provided with a regular and efficient service .Implement and update the route and journey cycle plan cost effectively to achieve 100% coverage of all outlets.
9. Ensure that approved Company Policy is followed in recommending the extension of credit and in collection; assist management in collection of all past due accounts in the assigned area.
10. Analyze B-Mobile reports and develop solutions (Route & Sales)
11. Ensuring company assets like Cold Drink equipments are tracked regularly.
12. Creating Joint Business Plan with Key customers.

Requirements

- Should have valid UAE Driving License.
- Should have relevant experience in FMCG Sales.
- Should have relevant experience in Supervisory role in FMCG Companies of at least 2-3 years.
- Will be expected to assist Sales Manager in formulating and implementing strategy to drive volume and revenue.
- Lead sales team by evaluating, training and motivating them to achieve companys goals.
