HP Storage and Red Hat System Administrator

This position is outsourced through the clients approved Vendor

Technical Skills:
- Red hat 5.5 or later expert system admin.
- Red hat high Availability Cluster installation and configuration.
- OS Patch upgrade, File System Management.
- Keep a track of the appropriate software and upgrade the software packages.
- Maintain the site documents, procedural documents to keep track of the frequent changes.
- Preparing Servers for Oracle installation (Creating Oracle users, Environment Variables, OS Level Tuning, Patch upgrade).
- Knowledge & experience of working with SAN Storage HP HSV300 or other.
- HP Storage admin and management (creates volumes, mapping, monitoring).
- HP MSL2024 Tape Library Admin or other libraries.
- HP Data Protector Admin or any backup solution software.

Requirements

- Candidate to have 4+ years experience in HP Storage Works , HP Data Protector, Red hat Linux Admin and High Availability Cluster.
- Candidate should have relevant certifications.
- Candidate expected to have technical background including knowledge of HP Hardware.

Working hours 7.00 am to 3.00 pm - Sunday thru Thursday
