Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Plan, organize, and provide leadership and control all administrative functions.
- Develops the HR Relations (Personnel) strategies, business plans, budgets and resources in accordance with the company overall strategy and direction.
- Directs and Manages all the HR Relations Services (HR Employees Services, Payroll, HRMIS, HR Communications and welfare activities)
- Ensuring the proper implementation of personnel policy and procedures.
- Answer individual situations related problems, defining innovative and efficient solutions that both protect company interest and meet employees' expectations.
- Formulate short and long term planning for manpower including saudization.
- Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.

Requirements

- At least 5 years experience in the HR/ Public Relations field (Personnel - Managerial Positions).
- Strong Leadership and Management skills.
- Strong Problem Solving and Decision Making skills.
- Strong Planning and Analytical skills.
- Well versed with Saudi Arabia labor Laws.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
- Must be able to handle all Legal matters.
