The Role


The Role


- Plan, organize, and provide leadership and control all administrative functions.
- Develops the HR Relations (Personnel) strategies, business plans, budgets and resources in accordance with the company overall strategy and direction.
- Directs and Manages all the HR Relations Services (HR Employees Services, Payroll, HRMIS, HR Communications and welfare activities)
- Ensuring the proper implementation of personnel policy and procedures.
- Answer individual situations related problems, defining innovative and efficient solutions that both protect company interest and meet employees' expectations.
- Formulate short and long term planning for manpower including saudization.
- Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.

Requirements


Requirements


- At least 5 years experience in the HR/ Public Relations field (Personnel - Managerial Positions).
- Strong Leadership and Management skills.
- Strong Problem Solving and Decision Making skills.
- Strong Planning and Analytical skills.
- Well versed with Saudi Arabia labor Laws.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
- Must be able to handle all Legal matters.

SGN has two manufacturing facilities, a 30,000 m2 site in the Second Industrial City, Dammam, and a 70,000m2 site in Rabigh. The Company is owned by Al-Rajhi House Enterprises and Zamil Holding Company.

SGN's main line of business is the manufacturing, marketing and sale of nonwoven fabrics used in hygiene, industrial and agricultural products. Our products are marketed in Saudi Arabia and around the world.
