Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The HR & Admin Manager would be reporting into the General Manager.

The major responsibilities will be:

- Plan, develop, and implement strategies for Human Resources Management and development, position announcements.
- Recruitment and screening, orientation, discipline, grievance review.
- Supervise administrative staff, including determining workloads and schedules, evaluating staff
performance, providing training and making hiring, promotions.
- Assist with budget creation and oversight responsibilities for personnel and day to day, office operating costs.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

Requirements

- 4 to 6 years of experience in the HR & Admin within GCC.
- Performance appraisals conducting and followup for team (when applicable) and self.
- Result oriented
- Possess strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- Have entrepreneurial leanings.
