Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Supervises and mentors HR/Admin staff in the delivery of HR, facilities and third party services providers in support of business operations.
• Consults with local management in providing day to day HR guidance and services.
• Manages the development and implementation of local policies and procedures with regard to HR management.
• Analyzes trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies in compliance with applicable Lebanese Labor law.
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issue. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
• Provides day to day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
• Manages and leads recruitment/contractor management for all blue collar roles
• Maintains integrity of HR data for region through HRIS and employee records in accordance with legal requirements and best practices.
• Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, succession planning.

Requirements

• B.Sc/B.A Degree or equivalent any related subject
• Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum of 6 Years in HR and administration of which at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Advanced Planning and Organisational Skills
• Advanced Communication Skills
• Advanced Conflict Resolution Skills
• Advanced Financial Skills
• Thorough knowledge of Human Resources Tools and Techniques
• Thorough knowledge of Lebanese Labour Law
• Thorough knowledge of Payroll Processing
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
