Job description / Role
Our client is looking for an HR Administrator to join their team on temporary basis.
He/She will be reporting to the Head of HR.
The individual will be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries, administering HR-related documentation such as contracts of employment, ensuring the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation. Additionally, he/she will assist in the recruitment process, liaise with recruitment agencies; set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence.
This person will manage the recruitment of Omani Nationals; Train and Retain Omanis on key positions and develop strategies for their retention.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in an HR role
- Knowledge of Oman Labour Law
- Expert in Omanization.
- Strong HR and administration skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work accurately; attention to detail
- Time management skills
