Charterhouse is working with a highly successful British owned multinational organisation who have recently set up an office in Dubai to be their Middle East hub. Our client is looking to hire an HR Administration Coordinator to join the business, supporting the team in their Dubai representative office.
You will be responsible for record keeping, filing and associated general administration with some liaison with the London HO. In addition you will manage the documentation regarding leavers and new joiners, ensuring that everything is kept up-to-date for around 400 contractors. This office is only 2 people strong at present but is set to grow rapidly over the next 12 months.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have more than two years experience in a junior HR capacity, this will have been primarily focused on administration and documentation. You will be Degree educated in a HR related discipline, meticulous and have excellent organisational skills. It is essential you have strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a small or large team.
