Employment: Full Time

My client was established in 1976 and has led the market for more than three decades. Today they are the premium source for pure natural mineral water in the region. Consistently providing world-class products and continually enhancing product excellence is my client’s top priority. My client now offers a wide range of premium products from pure natural mineral water, fresh and natural juices, chips, basmati rice and world-class tissues.

The main purpose of this role is to act as liaison between HQ HR and site based employees, to be the first POC for all business support related matters and to provide HR and Administration support to the management and employees based on site.
• General HR: To handle all HR related matters such as leave management, new joiners on boarding and induction, employee training coordination, scheduling, to maintain proper employee records, to issue salary certificates, employment confirmation letters upon approval of HR HQ. To report any compensations and benefits related concerns, anomalies or queries to HR HQ and seek guidance. To keep correct track of paid, unpaid, sick, emergency, maternity, AWOL leaves, to keep correct track of overtime calculations, cash advance requests and update HR HQ on timely manner. To keep correct track of accommodation, meal and any other employee deductions and report these to HR HQ on monthly basis. To keep separate track of visa, labour card and medical expenses as well as to keep the correct track of issuance and expiry of employees Insurance cards, employment visas, passport etc. To coordinate and arrange travel of all employees, the management and the visitors. To handle repatriation of terminated/resigned employees and to ensure that proper Clearance and Exit procedures are followed.
• HSE: To ensure that every employee of the site has completed the HSE training and to monitor compliance with company set HSE guidelines. Any breach of the HSE regulations should be reported to HR HQ immediately.
• Administration: To act as the main POC and liaison between employees, the management and HR HQ. To act as the main liaison between the management and the suppliers. To set up and implement suppliers management procedures, to source suppliers and control related expenses. To submit expense report to HQ Administration department on monthly basis. To control uniform issue and replacement as and when required in accordance with set procedures and policies. To be responsible for office set up and management, to control related costs including stationery, access cards, business cards, printing materials, courier related expenses. To control and manage all utility bills and work closely with Finance department to ensure proper and timely reporting of the same. To negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and keep good track of services, performance and contracts.

Requirements

Should have strong written and oral communication skills, ability to troubleshoot complex problems with no supervision, possess excellent project coordination skills and good interpersonal skills, should be able to prepare, read and interpret complex reports, SOPs and presentations.
BSc/Diploma in Business Management or HR.
3-5+ years of progressive experience in general administration, HR coordination.
Strong interpersonal skills and good knowledge of Labour Law and business set up regulations.
Good computer skills and well experienced in using MS Outlook, Excel, MS Project, MS Word, SAP, Oracle.
Languages: English and Arabic
Valid driving License (preferred)
