Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsible for the day-to-day administration of HR policies and programs ensuring the effective delivery of activities such as recruitment, training and people development, performance management, compensation, organizational development with medium term resource allocation and succession planning, achievement of ethical work environment and diversity objectives.

- Assist the Country/Entity HR Director developing the appropriate local HR strategy
- Make sure all activities are implemented according to local laws, Group Principles of action, local Code of Conduct, Group and local policies and procedures and established budgets.
- Perform with a direct responsibility or support towards health & safety target achievement, HR administration & payroll, employee communication and employment relations
- Represent the site(s) with external parties such as other organizations, industry associations, employee unions and public authorities in order to develop the company image, interests and reputation.
- Assist the management on HR issues
- Continually improve his/her knowledge of people in his/her organization
- Understand clearly the organization of his/her perimeter and propose changes when adapted.
- Assure visibility for Air Liquide in the Country where the subsidiary is located by being present at events, road shows, job fairs, etc.
- Establishing the subsidiarys annual training plan and coordinating its implementation,
- Organizing the selection and qualification of training providers and trainers,
- Supporting trainers with training tools and methods,
- Monitoring and improving the training process,
- Ensuring a process is in place to maintain updated training records for each person.
- Trainers, whether external or internal, shall be responsible for leading the training, evaluating the trainees acquisition of knowledge and assessing the effectiveness of training delivery

Requirements

- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Master Degree
- Labor Laws (Regional and local Level)
- Litigation knowledge
- AL HR Policy (HR principles, training, recruitment, comp&ben)
- Negotiation, job evaluation - job grading
- AL HR tools (Payroll IS, CHRIS) + Corporate HR Development Programs
- He/she must have a good knowledge of training tools and methods. Trainers must have thorough knowledge of the subject matter as well as good teaching and communication skills.
