HR Administration Manager

Job description / Role

A leading Oil & Gas business are currently looking for a HR Administration Manager to join their operations here in Dubai.

- Will oversee the General Administration function and manage 4 direct reports and 2 drivers.
- Will be responsible for running a consolidated and centralized travel function for the business with a spend of close to USD 2.5 million a year.
- Will be responsible for managing a corporate office facility with seating for 160 personnel including CEO and leadership team of the business. Will manage relationship with the free zone authorities on renewals of lease for 2 warehouses.
- Will manage the Residency visa process- additions, renewals & cancellations as a seamless process.
- Will maintain excellent relationship with the entity sponsor and Immigration and labor authorities.
- Will comply with all policies, procedures and ensure that organization is always compliant with local rules, international practices and company policies.
- Will manage all Expat housing lease agreements and ensure that the Expatriates and their family are kept happy.
- Will work in close coordination with HR function on visa renewals & cancellations, relocations and housing requirements.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of Arabic will be a big plus point-desirable, but not essential.
- Ability to introduce new and proper process, procedures and control systems.
- Ability to drive the function strategically well in accordance with business growth and also handle day to day tasks efficiently with a hands on approach.
- Impeccable track record on Integrity and having strong values & ethics.
- Degree Qualified
- Must be based in the UAE

Salary: 40,000 AED/month - Negotiable
