Job description / Role
Brown and Root North Africa Limited (BRNA ) is a joint venture company between the Brown and Root Limited and The Great Man-made River Authority (GMRA).
BRNA scope of work includes Engineering and Project Management services of many projects in Libya. BRNA has staff of over 100 members allocated in various sites. These sites are at the two main cities in Libya ( Tripoli and Benghazi ) and others.
General Responsibilities:
• The Administration Manager will be based at in Benghazi in Libya in North Africa.
• Responsible to the Company Directors for all in-country Administration related functions of BRNA.
• Administration Manager will be fully responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the Administration Department.
Main Tasks and Specific Duties:
• Manage the personnel issues as they arise.
• Advice the management team on employee issues.
• Registration of company with local authorities.
• Liaison with Client to provide and maintain in-country office and living accommodation.
• Provision of HR functions, preparation of manpower reports and payroll systems.
• Control over all Administration, Management Information and Document Control functions required to support a multi-location, multi-project organization with a staff of expats and local personnel.
• The development of the recruitment policy . The role will include assisting with arrangements for recruitment and selection of expats staff from overseas.
• Develop the company personnel policies.
Requirements
Required Experience : Minimum 10 years experience including overseas work
Required Qualifications: A Degree, ideally in Personnel / Administration
