Job description / Role
We are looking for HR & Administration Managers for our offices in Doha.
Main duties of the roles include the following:
- Recruit staff (short listing, interviewing, liaison with candidates, recruiters & media), negotiate employment packages and arrange mobilisation and induction
- Manage transfers, promotions, resignations, terminations and dismissals
- Create job descriptions
- Supervise SAP HR module, payroll, expenses, filing and time keeping
- Supervise visa processes, trade license renewal, company leases and staff accommodation
- Fleet and transport management, office maintenance and supplies, travel arrangements, event management
- Develop and implement policies and processes, incl. compensation & benefits
- Negotiate with health insurance brokers and supervise claims
- Advise senior management on employment issues and HR matters
- Employee relations including mediation and communication
- Organise training and staff events
- Liaise with Regional HR & Corporate HR
- Manage and develop the HR and Administration Team
Requirements
We are looking for outgoing, confident individuals with a strong background in HR and Administration in the Middle East who enjoy dealing with employees on all levels.
These roles are hands-on and require strong organisation, negotiation and communication skills.
Native speakers of the English or German language would be preferred.
