The Role


The Role


HR Manager required for a Construction/Engineering company in Doha.

Will be responsible for:

- Recruitment
- Compensation & Benefits
- Performance Management
- Training & Development
- Employee Relations
- All Core HR functions

Will report into the GM.

Will have a team of 5 people within HR plus administrative support staff.

Requirements


Requirements


Minimum of 10 years within Human Resources.

Must be Arabic and English speaking.

Ideally CIPD qualified.

MBA in Business Administration or Human Resources preferred.

Relative industry experience is ESSENTIAL.

Salary 20,000 AED/month + medical (family) + transport allowance.

Position needs to be filled ASAP.
