Job description / Role
KEO International Consultants is a highly ranked and award winning planning, architecture, engineering, and project and construction management company who has, for the last 50 years, been entrusted by its clients to deliver some of the most impressive projects in the region.
This is an exceptional opportunity to be an integral part of our Human Resources Division. As such you will be representing KEO in communications with Government Departments and Municipalities; providing strategic leadership to our HR function in Saudi Arabia and managing Administration and Facilities responsibilities from our Riyadh Head Office.
We require a Saudi Arabian National for this critical position and the successful candidate will have experience and fundamental knowledge in the following:
- The GOSI system
- Saudi Labour Law
- Ministerial Procedures
- Work/Business visa applications and renewals
- Iqama applications and transfers
- Exit/Re-entry permits
- Office Management
- Supervision of a GRO and an Administrative Assistant
Requirements
As many of our candidates and visitors to Saudi Arabia will be not be fluent Arabic speakers you will need to be bi-lingual Arabic and English.
A degree in a related field will be highly valued.
