Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an innovative and leading local organisation who has emerged as one of the major leaders within Qatar in their field. Our client is looking to hire an ambitious bilingual (Arabic/English) HR Administrator to join a growing HR team. This is a new role within the organisation where you will be reporting directly to the HR Manager adding to the success of the HR Department by providing an efficient and proactive administration function.
Your main responsibilities will include implementing / updating employee files, handling all employee correspondence, leave and travel bookings as well as administering medical insurance files and claims. In addition you will ensure all employee renewals are maintained such as RPs, medical insurance and certifications and assist in the on-boarding of new employees as well as other HR administration tasks.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have at least two years experience in human resources along with a solid administration background and fluency in Arabic and English. Excellent knowledge in all MS Office applications and experience dealing with highly confidential information is essential, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
