Job description / Role
Hamad Bin Khalifa Medical City (HBKMC) is currently recruiting for the role of HR Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly expanding organization. The incumbent will be a conduit between Hamad Medical Citys HR Department and the contracted Recruitment Process Outsourcing staff from Kenexa, an IBM Company.
The HR Administrator will be part of the HBKMC commissioning project team and will be required to support the HR Coordinator in his/her dealings with HBKMCs Project Managers/Directors on a regular basis. High volume onboarding, credentialing and processing of immigration documentation will be key aspects of this role and therefore the successful candidate will likely come from a large organization with a high number of new recruits each year.
Requirements
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate at least 3 years professional experience, preferably within a similar role or healthcare environment.
