Job description / Role
Contract Opportunity - A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join an exceptional client who is a market leading, global organisation.
As an HR Administrator your will assist in Training and Inducting new staff
Overseas Recruitment Campaigns and Road Shows
Compiling the monthly budget report
Recommend and implement policies and procedures to improve recruitment quality and service levels
Assist the Talent Acquisition Team to ensure manpower needs are being met
Ensuring overseas Recruitment Agencies and advertisement invoices are processed and paid
Requirements
You must have experience in HR function including all leave, public holidays, sick, IOD hours and the monthly reporting thereof.
Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Scheduling
Interpersonal Customer Service Experience
