Job description / Role
Our client a leading global Professional Services organisation are currently hiring a HR Administrator on a permanent basis. This role is based in Dubai, salary is 11,000 - 14,000 AED + benefits.
Responsibilities:
- To work closely with the Human Resources team in order to provide administrative and general HR support across the full employee lifecycle
- Manage diaries for the HR team
- Coordinate the facilitation of training programmes
- Maintain personnel filing system including hard and soft copies
- Support the on-boarding of new staff from an administration point of view
Requirements
- 2 years experience in a HR/Recruitment administration role
- Must be technical savvy - use of outlook, word, powerpoint, excel, databases etc
- Must demonstrate discretion at all times
- The ideal candidate is well presented, polished and confident
