Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a highly renowned multinational company. Our client is looking to hire an HR Administrator to provide comprehensive support to the HR Manager and GM of the Qatar operations.
You will work in a friendly and professional team environment and receive training in all aspects related to HR. Your responsibilities will include assisting internal and external customers, maintaining employee records, handling departmental correspondence and preparing reports. You will also assist with recruitment campaigns, employee residency visa requirements and on-boarding. Additionally, you will provide HR assistance and advice as and when required.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be Degree educated preferably in HR. You should have at least 2 years experience in Qatar with solid knowledge of the local labour laws. It is essential you possess outstanding administration skills and are able to work under pressure. Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken) and competency in MS Office are crucial for this role. Our client has stated a requirement for the candidate to start immediately.
