Employment: Full Time

Our Client, a prestigious international law firm is looking for a HR Advisor/Coordinator to join the operations in Riyadh,Saudi.

This role is inclusive of Office Manager duties.

Role will support Riyadh office with general HR matters but also general office manager duties.
- Manage staff relationships, promptly respond to queries and manage expectations
- Ensure Human Resources matters are handled fairly and consistently in line with legal and company requirements
- Work in partnership with line managers on performance management, employee relations, resourcing and staff management/development.
- Help to drive organizational performance by driving core business objectives

Requirements

- HR background is essential
- Saudi national preferred
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic
- Preferred international HR qualification and/ or relevant experience
- Experience of KSA Labour Law and GOSI
- Experience in working in a professional services environment ideally
- Ability to work with little supervision and be part of a virtual team as incumbent will report into the regional Head of HR and local Managing Partner
