HR Advisor / HR Business Partner – Temporary Contract
Hire Rightt Human Resource Consultants
Manage entire recruitment cycle including; advertising, screening, interviewing, reference checks, negotiating and finalizing offers.
Provide pro active support to staff in all aspects of HR, continually developing the service level within the team. Provide effective communication of HR policies and procedures.
Proactively manage the following functions within HR for the assigned company departments, On boarding/Orientation , Employee Relations; Disciplinary and Grievances, Employee Performance Management, Succession Planning, Organizational Changes and Exit Processing.
This is a temporary Contract for 7 months, hence candidates on personal sponsorship that is Father's Visa, or Spouse Visa are preferred.
Duration : August 2013 - March 2014.( Could be further extended depending upon the requirement )
Location : Dubai
Salary : AED 17000-18000
University qualifications : Bachelors Degree in any field
Other certifications : CIPD, MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualifications in HR
Previous experience : Min 5 years + HR generalist (not solely recruitment) experience, in Oil and Gas industry
Other Skills : Must have great communication and interpersonal skills as act as the point of with other departments.
