The Role

The Role

Our client, a renowned Government organisation in Abu Dhabi has an immediate requirement for an HR Advisor with experience in Transportation projects.

The purpose of the role is to establish an effective and efficient HR framework, benchmarking the organisation with companies internationally and ensuring that HR policies, procedures and processes are in line with local and international standards.

Provide HR advice and guidance to Senior Management of the organisation.

Develop HR strategies for Organisational Structure and Recruitment in line with overall business objectives.

Assessment of the existing HR functions, policies and procedures, gap analysis and recommending areas for improvement.

Establish an effective recruitment process from the sourcing process to successful interviewing and placement.

Create and enhance HR reports from the SAP system.

Benchmark HR best practices against global organisations and ensure the HR function is operating seamlessly.

Train and coach UAE Nationals within the organisation to assume leadership positions.

Represent the HR Director as and when required.



Bachelors Degree from a recognised University

10 years experience as an HR Generalist

Must have experience working with International HR Best Practice

Experience in developing HR strategy, plans, policies and procedures

Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
