Employment: Full Time

Our client based in Riyadh is seeking the support of a HR Professional to embrace a dual role of Human Resources and Office Management.

The role will contribute to the development, implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures based on relevant legislation and contemporary HR management practices in line with Head Office which provide an effective, consistent and timely delivery of HR services to support organisational needs.

You will undertake the full range of staff recruitment and selection processes within agreed timeframes, including advice and support to line management, drafting and placing advertisements, drafting interview questions, coordinating candidate information and interviews, preparation of selection reports, conducting reference checks, constructing offers of employment. Provide a consultancy and advisory service to line management and staff on HR management issues including the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of policies, procedures and guidelines together with the interpretation of relevant KSA Labour Law and GOSI. Where appropriate provide information and advice on Human Resources Management issues to staff and ensure effective communication with all staff to maintain ethical and transparent working relationships.

Requirements

We are ideally looking for a Saudi National who has previous experience of working in a professional services environment and who has the ability to work with little or no direction and who has the ability to work with little supervision and be part of a virtual team as the incumbent will report to the Regional Head of HR and the local Managing Partner.

Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English is essential.
