HR Analyst - Group Services - Al Futtaim Group

The HR Information Services Manager (HRIS) will sit within HRConnect. HR Connect operates in a shared service environment, a central unit providing HR related services to a user base size of 10,000 Employees, Managers & HR Business Partners in Al-Futtaim.

We are currently looking to recruit a HR Analyst to support the Group Services businesses.

Responsibilities include :
* HR Communications- follow through and assist in completion of all requirements to stakeholders
* HR MIS Reports- provide monthly census report to businesses and quarterly HR dashboard, including statistical analysis to all businesses
* System and Organizational Maintenance - provide assistance and guidance to line managers on transfers/ workflows/ reporting lines etc
* On boarding/ Off boarding- support the HRBP Group Services with newcomer HR inductions and exit interviews
* Manpower budget- collate manpower requirements from business, complete all actions in BPC tool for each business. Create headcount tracking sheets post budget approval for recruitment follow through
* Recruitment- manage the entire process in collaboration with hiring managers and with the support of HRBP-Group Services
* Other adhoc HR admin- HR project support (work levels/ talent management/ employee engagement/ Emiratisation) etc

Requirements

* Bachelor Degree in Business, Management or Technology or equivalent
* 2 - 3 years experience as HR Generalist or in customer service help desk role
* 2 - 4 years of experience in supporting SAP HR Module - PA, OM, Time Management & Payroll. Experience in transactions is a plus.
* Experience with common help desk tool such as CRM is a plus
* Proficiency with PC applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
* Multi-tasking experience in a fast-paced environment, completing work tasks with speed and accuracy in a detailed work environment
* Sound knowledge of HR Policy
* Good communication skills in English (both verbal & written)
* Able to provide on the job coaching
* SAP HR transactions in PA, OM, Time Management or Payroll Module
* Good customer service skills
* Ability to make decisions that impact customer service levels with a sense of urgency

You will need to be analytical with good problem solving & trouble shooting skills. We expect you to be a team player with a willingness to help others. A proactive and driven approach is essential. Being able to speak Arabic would be a distinct advantage
