HR Analyst

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with a major accountancy firm that has a large presence in the Middle East and an excellent reputation. Due to a recent growth in headcount, our client is looking to hire an HR Analyst for a newly created position within their HR Department.

As HR Analyst, your primary focus will be on reporting. You will be responsible for a large amount of reporting together with managing the necessary tools to ensure that reporting systems are fully utilised and functional. You will analyse business needs and requirements, such as attrition, head count and employee changes, developing new systems to manage and monitor this. You will also utilise Excel on a daily basis as well as internal IT systems.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a bachelors Degree in an HR related subject or equivalent tertiary education. You should have more than 2 years experience working within an HR function coupled with a keen interest in systems, IT and a willingness to learn. Ideally your experience should be from a corporate, multinational company.
