Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Provide quality data and analytical support to the Oman HR Team by developing and implementing appropriate analytical tools and reports to meet the wide range of internal and external reporting requirements. The role also supports the HR Director in execution of ongoing HR projects and activities

Data Analytics :
Develop and provide appropriate HR reports and analytics to meet the requirements of both internal and external reporting requirements - this includes submissions to HR Sub Committee, MOG, MOM, State Audit etc.
Support GPD data validation Demand Planning.
Lead on developing and implementing a demand planning process for Oman that supports the Annual Work Program & Budget process and supports the functional demand planning activities in the region Payroll & Benefit Administration.
Supervise payroll and benefit administration activities and also act as a subject matter expert and back up for payroll and benefit admin activities HR Emergency Response.
Support HR Emergency response activities in the region. This includes developing and implementing appropriate systems and processes to support the HR Emergency response activities HR Projects.
Support HR Director and Oman HR team in the execution of HR projects. These could be in the areas of continuous improvement of processes or introduction of new systems and processes or new initiatives.

Requirements

* Graduate (Bachelor's Degree).
* Excellent team work skills.
* Good appreciation of what good client service looks like and desire to achieve this as a team.
* Ability to prioritise and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
* Flexibility.
* Strong data & analytical skills.
* Knowledge & Experience of working on SAP or related HRMS system.
* Considerable experience of working with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
* Good command of English both oral and written.
