Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsible for human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, compensations, training and employee services using established policies, procedures and guidelines. Implements and administers company personnel policies, procedures and programs to ensure alignment with human resources overall business objectives and local compliance.

Main Responsibilities:
- Participates and administers the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and staffing levels, applicant evaluation interview and selection process related tasks.
- Completes reference and background checks to facilitate hiring.
- Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies and other recruitment sources.
- Conducts new hire orientation to all newly hired employees.
- Assist in conducting annual performance evaluation review and ensure retrieval of all documented performance reviews on time. Consolidates and summarizes the company wide performance results.
- Provide advice concerning compensation, benefits, employee services and training in accordance with company policies, procedures and practices.
- Recommend, develop and maintain human resource databases, computer software systems and manual filing systems.
- Ensure organization structure is aligned and suitably staffed.
- Writes, revises, edits and proofreads company policies and procedures related documents as required. Design and implementation of new and/or existing policies and systems aimed at attracting, motivating and retaining talent.
- Work with hiring managers to develop job descriptions.
- Coordinates implementation/maintenance of Human Resource Information System (HRIS).

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Current Professional in Human Resource certification strongly preferred.
- 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience.
- Strong organizational skills are essential to provide timely administration of assorted duties.
- Prefer effective analytical ability to sort and apply information.
- Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal. Comfortable giving presentations to both large and small groups.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Previous experience with HRIS systems and timekeeping systems strongly preferred.
- Effective team player with very good interpersonal relationship skills and can work and relate well with co-employees.
- Experience in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy and developing, implementing new strategies and procedures. Knowledge of computerized information systems used in HR applications.
