HR Assistant

Parsons Brinckerhoff is a global consulting firm assisting public and private clients to plan, develop, design, construct, operate and maintain thousands of critical infrastructure projects around the world. Due to the growth within Parsons Brinckerhoff’s MENA region business we are looking to recruit a HR Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

The HR assistant assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties. He or She carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: departmental development, HRIS, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organization development, executive administration, and employment.

Requirements

Required Skills and Experience
* Associate Degree in Human Resource or similar
* 3-4 years of experience within similar capacity
* Oracle Experience preferred
* Should have good spoken and written communication skills
* Be able to work accurately, with good attention to detail
* Be confident about gathering facts and statistics
* Should have good organising skills
* Be able to use databases, spreadsheets, and word processing and accounts packages.
