Job description / Role
Reporting to the HR Planning and Development Manager, the HR Assistant functions by performing data entry, maintaining the HRIS (SAP) database; ensures confidentiality, accuracy and integrity of human resource-related employee information. Responsibilities including tracking, researching, maintaining, reporting and communicating employee information by utilizing the HRIS database.
- Provides confidential data entry of human resource related transactions to the HRIS database
- Ability to read and record information
- Ability to review data for accuracy and completeness
- Ability to work quickly and accurately
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations
- Ability to meet and maintain minimum production requirements for speed and accuracy
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
- Produce different types of reports as required
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 2 years experience in a similar role
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office experience, particularly excel
- SAP HR Experience
