Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a highly renowned education institute. Our client is looking to hire a HR Assistant who will work alongside the HR Manager and 2 others within a friendly team.
This is a busy and exciting role where you will be involved in all areas of HR support activities. You will provide assistance with employment contracts, recruitment, on-boarding and new starters. You will also support employee events as well as maintain leave schedules and employee records. Additionally you will assist the faculty with all HR administration and on-boarding requirements together with advising employees when they exit the country. This is a key role within the organisation and you will have the opportunity to make the role your own.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have at least 1 years experience within a similar role and have English as their first language. You should possess outstanding administration skills and the ability to work under pressure. It is essential you are a friendly, flexible and focused individual who is also professional, dedicated, organised and meticulous. Only candidates on their husbands or fathers sponsorship should apply for this role.
Hours 7 - 2pm with 30 days holiday per year.
